Automotive Sales Director

NESINEXT, a subsidiary of JOYNEXT, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and performance indicators in the German automotive software market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with German automotive manufacturers, dealers, and partners, responsible for communication, negotiation, and sales contract signing.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to understand the latest market trends and dynamics.
- Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with the technical team to ensure product technical support and solutions meet customer needs.
- Supervise the sales process and order execution process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, sales plans, and performance analysis, and regularly report work progress and sales situation to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as sales management, marketing, or computer sciences.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive software sales, preferably with experience on the German market.
- Familiarity with the German automotive industry market, understanding of automotive software products and solutions, and keen insight into market trends and competitors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and reach cooperation consensus with customers.
- Good teamwork spirit and organizational coordination ability, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources and drive sales goals.
- Proficiency in English and German.
