About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Beverages. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our beverage department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage products and services.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our beverage department.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
