Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Die Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Tätigkeiten im Bereich Human Resources, einschließlich Telefonkorrespondenz, Daten- und Aktenpflege sowie Vorbereitung von Besprechungen.
  • Die Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden.
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen.
  • Die Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Statistiken im Rahmen des Personalcontrollings.
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Bürokauffrau (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
  • Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ein sicheres Auftreten sowie eine offene und freundliche Persönlichkeit.
