Your Role: Cashier Supervisor - A Leader in Retail Operations

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our innovative Megastore concept in Munich. As a key member of the store management, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Customer Service Excellence: You will be the primary point of contact for all cash register-related inquiries, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Leadership: You will oversee personnel scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet customer demands. Your leadership skills will guide and motivate your team members.
  • Financial Accuracy: You will be responsible for accurate cash register reconciliations and handling any discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Training & Development: You will play a crucial role in training new employees on cash register procedures, customer service protocols, and company policies.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: You will actively recruit temporary holiday and packing assistants, ensuring the store has adequate support during peak seasons.

We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong retail background and a proven track record of success in customer service and team leadership.

  • Experience with retail cash register software is essential.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • A friendly, confident demeanor and excellent communication skills are crucial for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions is essential.
