Consultant for SAP Sales and Distribution

Position: SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant

Join Haribo's dynamic SAP environment, where excellence in business processes is paramount. As a SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep and enhancement of our SAP SD module, acting as a primary contact for 2nd and 3rd level support. Your role will involve facilitating communication between our business units and IT, within a modern and evolving SAP S/4 HANA framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and refine processes associated with Customer Service, Intercompany transactions, Invoicing, Sales, and Marketing initiatives.
  • Tailor and assess software solutions, provide user training, and engage in innovative project contributions.
  • Work collaboratively with teams from Logistics, Finance, and Controlling to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Efficiently manage customer needs regarding EDI order processing and invoicing.
  • Quickly address issues, offer user support, and assist in global SAP implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient experience in SAP SD and EDIFACT, including customization and potentially SAP development (ABAP).
  • Prior experience in consulting or direct customer consultancy is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with related SAP modules such as MM, Purchasing, Logistics, FI, and CO.
  • Willingness to travel and fluency in both German and English.
