• Provide administrative and organizational assistance for the sales department
• Manage public tenders and proposals
• Develop and maintain quotation templates
• Input and update client information
• Generate key performance indicators and assist in sales analysis
• Communicate with potential and existing clients
• Assist in managing visitor interactions

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work in a responsible, structured, and reliable manner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
