Als Art Director Brand bei Schwarz+Matt GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Branding-Konzepten für unsere Kunden. Du bringst deine kreativen Ideen und deine Erfahrung in der digitalen Transformation ein, um unsere Kunden zu unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung von innovativen Branding-Konzepten, die die digitale Transformation von Unternehmen vorantreiben
  • Gestaltung und Strukturierung von Design-Prozessen, um effektive Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln
  • Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Marken und Kommunikation in den digitalen Kanälen der jeweiligen Marken
  • Ideenfindung und -weiterentwicklung zur Kreation innovativer Designs und spannender Bildkonzepte
  • Kollaborative und integrierte Zusammenarbeit in spannenden Projektteams
  • Erstellung und Durchführung von Workshops und Präsentationen beim Kunden oder intern
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Hohe Affinität zu digitalen und modularen Brandings sowie großes Interesse an Marketing, Design und Kommunikationsthemen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafik-, Visual- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder einem ähnlichen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Fortgeschrittene Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Corporate Designs und ein aussagekräftiges Portfolio
  • Ein hervorragendes Gespür für zielgruppenorientiertes Design und eine hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Stark kreativ ausgeprägte und eigeninitiative Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung in der Ideenfindung
