About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our European Sales team at FRAMOS Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving opportunities to closure, utilizing sales tools effectively to achieve sales targets, and maintaining and growing existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Managers in driving opportunities to closure and achieving sales targets
  • Participate in customer events across the European region to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Identify and qualify new leads through phone and email outreach
  • Route qualified opportunities to Sales Managers for further development and closure
  • Take ownership of accounts and maintain a daily up-to-date overview of Salesforce accounts in the relevant area
  • Handle customer requests in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Commercial work experience in an internship or similar, with a strong desire to start a career in B2B technology sales
  • High ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Great team spirit and people skills to work closely with outside sales partners
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and structured communication in English (additional languages, especially German, are a plus)
  • Understanding of data-driven work and experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with a mix of onsite and home office
