Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our spare parts management team as a Spare Parts Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spare parts inventory and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage the procurement of spare parts for our customers and departments, including part verification, orders, creating quotes, and reviewing invoices.
  • Spare Parts Administration: Create and maintain new spare parts in our system and update master data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with service partners via written and phone correspondence to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the spare parts inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process Improvement: Generate and evaluate internal service metrics to optimize workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Commercial Background: Background in a commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification with relevant work experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with customers and business partners, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of products in the music industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Independence and Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in German and English (additional languages are welcome).
  • Technical Skills: Experience with PC and common office applications.
