Wir suchen eine motivierte und talentierte Fachkraft für die Position der Stellvertretenden Hausdame (m/w/d) in unserem renommierten Spa & Resort Bachmair Weissach. Wenn Sie eine Leidenschaft für die Organisation und Pflege von Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen haben, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Hausdame bei der Leitung des Housekeeping-Teams
  • Gewährleistung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung in allen Bereichen des Resorts
  • Schulung und Anleitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Koordination der Reinigungspläne und -standards
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände und Bestellung von Reinigungsmaterialien

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung im Housekeeping oder in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Fähigkeit zur Führung und Motivation eines Teams
  • Aufmerksamkeit für Details und hohe Qualitätsstandards
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
