Job Title: Store Manager Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at diska Erlangen-Büchenbach as a Store Manager Assistant. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating all store activities, ensuring optimal product availability, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement effective store operations strategies
- Ensure accurate inventory management and product placement to meet customer demands
- Develop and execute sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Plan and coordinate employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
Requirements:
- Completed commercial or trade education
- Experience in retail operations or sales management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and product placement
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and data interpretation
