Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die gesamte externe Kommunikation (online und offline) und bringst deine kreativen Ideen ein.
  • Mit deiner Fachkenntnis entwickelst du die Kommunikation unserer Themen maßgeblich weiter.
  • Du budgetierst, misst und berichtest eigenständig über den Erfolg der Marketingaktivitäten.
  • Du gestaltest unseren Social-Media-Auftritt modern und authentisch und berätst interne Entscheidungsträger sowie steuerst externe Partner.
  • Durch deine Freiheit in der Optimierung unserer Marketingstrategien und -prozesse sicherst du deren Effektivität.
  • Über die Social-Media-Präsenz hinaus bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Dienstleister und Redakteure bezüglich möglicher Veröffentlichungen in relevanten Fachmedien.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in einem kreativen oder kommunikativen Bereich.
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing sind wünschenswert.
  • Ein Gespür für innovative und unkonventionelle Ansätze.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit marketingrelevanten Tools und Plattformen (MS-Office-Paket inkl. PowerPoint, Excel, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Grafikdesign-Software wie Photoshop oder Adobe Illustrator ist von Vorteil.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv zu gestalten.
  • Eine serviceorientierte Denkweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
