• Develop and Implement Safety Measures: Design and implement effective safety measures that meet regulatory requirements and minimize the risk of accidents.
• Provide Expert Guidance and Training: Offer expert guidance and training to employees and management on safety and risk management best practices.
• Investigate Incidents and Near-Misses: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
• Optimize Business Processes: Analyze and optimize business processes to ensure they are safe and efficient.
• Develop and Analyze Data: Develop and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
• Document Incidents and Near-Misses: Maintain accurate records of incidents and near-misses, and provide regular updates to management.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for drivers on safety procedures and best practices.
• Provide Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Experience in Quality Management or Customer Service: Proven experience in quality management or customer service, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Complaint Management: Experience in managing complaints and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to employees and management.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
