Inhouse Repair SAP Consultant

Your Role

  • As a SAP Consultant specializing in Inhouse Repair, you will oversee the global Inhouse Repair operations within SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Service to Customer (S2C) domain.
  • You will engage in a significant transformation initiative, facilitating the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA, with a primary focus on the Inhouse Repair workflow.
  • Your contributions will be vital to our global transformation agenda, promoting the standardization and simplification of our international process framework.
  • In this position, you will serve as the primary IT liaison for our business units concerning the Inhouse Repair process within the Service to Customer area.
  • Collaboration with business groups will be essential as you gather, assess, and prioritize their requirements (blueprints and functional specifications) for ongoing SAP S/4 HANA implementations and rollouts, coordinating with necessary stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for drafting blueprints and functional/technical specifications related to the service area for our SAP S/4 HANA projects.
  • Daily tasks will include customizing Inhouse Repair functionalities within SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Close collaboration with both internal and external consultants will be a key aspect of your dynamic project environment.
  • You will enjoy the opportunity to prepare and deliver training sessions for end users on SAP S/4 HANA service processes, providing support post-implementation.
  • Your responsibilities will also encompass fostering strong relationships with cross-functional IT departments, including logistics, purchasing, controlling, SAP CRM, Salesforce, and integration platforms.
  • Additionally, you will engage in integration processes for logistics, billing, and controlling functions.

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
  • You possess substantial knowledge of service processes, including service execution, Inhouse Repair, and return management.
  • Your experience includes the implementation and customization of service processes, particularly in the Inhouse Repair domain.
  • Familiarity with related processes such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling, and procurement, including invoicing and integration with other CRM systems, is essential.
  • You are well-versed in the latest SAP S/4 HANA development standards and technologies (ABAP, CPI, BTP, CDS, CAP).
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools (Jira, SAP Solution Manager/Focused Build, Signavio) is preferred.
  • Your strengths lie in analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to work within an international team, complemented by a consulting mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is highly advantageous.
