About the Role

At Alpine Metal Tech, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Administrative Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to fiscal and tax management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register suppliers' invoices, including knowledge of freight and services, and conference federal, state, and municipal taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, CSLL, ISSQN).
  • Conference tax calculations and all monthly closing with accounting, and generate and deliver electronic files (EFD ICMS/IPI and EFD Contributions).
  • Respond to requests from public entities, such as the IRS, and other government agencies.
  • Assist in the HR department with tasks such as employee documentation, integration with the plant, transportation vouchers control, and employee dismissal processes.

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge in taxes and EFDs.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Education level: undergraduate in Accounting.
