Position Overview: The Therapy Development Manager DACH is responsible for spearheading the execution of intricate clinical strategies aimed at fostering therapy adoption and enhancing patient care across hospitals and healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and effectively implement tailored clinical protocols and processes in collaboration with key stakeholders and major hospital systems.
- Establish a national strategy to drive quality optimization initiatives, ensuring the integration of processes and products that yield improved patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate strategies that promote the utilization of quality initiatives, including conducting pilot cases to validate the value of innovations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging insights gained from direct clinician interactions to inform critical discussions.
- Work alongside Market Access to devise strategies that enhance the adoption of quality initiatives through standardized quality metrics.
- Oversee and provide guidance on national medical affairs and professional education strategies.
- Conduct research, collaborate with data specialists, and establish strategies for key performance metrics, presenting baseline and outcome findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Offer clinically relevant insights to the Engineering team regarding software product development.
- Perform other incidental duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing large clinical organizations, or
- Master's Degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience in managing large clinical organizations.

- Proven experience in managing extensive clinical teams is preferred.

- Proficient in interacting with various organizational levels and escalating issues appropriately.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to foster relationships and leverage them to drive change.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
