As a Scout at Studienkreis GmbH, you will play a crucial role in the Lehrkraft Akquise process. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic recruitment planning and management
  • Coordinating with central teams to ensure efficient Lehrkraft Supply
  • Proactive measures to address Lehrkraft shortages and gaps
  • Conducting regional needs assessments and collaborating with Gebietsleitungen
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in recruitment and candidate management or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
