Job Title: Healthcare Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Educator to join our team at AMEOS Gruppe. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for planning and conducting educational sessions in healthcare, developing and evaluating assessments, and organizing administrative tasks within the educational system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality educational programs for healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student learning and performance
• Manage administrative tasks related to educational programs, including scheduling and logistics
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and teaching methods
• Supervise and mentor students in clinical settings, providing guidance and support as needed
• Implement quality management practices to ensure excellence in educational programs

Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare Education or related field
• Experience in a healthcare-related profession
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in modern teaching techniques and technology, including MS Office applications
