About the Role:

Talentim GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planner (m/w/d) to join our team in Karlsruhe. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient logistics processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize logistics processes for existing clients and new business opportunities
  • Analyze and improve existing processes, including the creation of key performance indicators and cost-benefit analyses
  • Lead and coordinate international logistics projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
  • Design and implement layout and material flow plans, as well as develop realization concepts
  • Oversee the operational implementation of processes

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Logistics or a related field, with practical experience in the logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills, with a solid understanding of business operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Access, and experience with project management and lean management tools
  • Knowledge of warehouse management techniques and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and travel occasionally (approximately 25%)
