Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service and commissioning tasks for induction heating and melting furnaces at customer sites
- Carry out repair and maintenance work, including electrical, mechanical, and automation tasks
- Provide customer training and support
- Lead complex projects and ensure timely completion
- Assist with installations and commissioning
- Provide telephone support to customers
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of practical experience in a similar role
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High level of travel flexibility and intercultural communication skills
