NES Global Deutschland GmbH is a prominent international organization with a diverse global workforce. We are in search of a Procurement Specialist to enhance our team and facilitate the acquisition of mechanical and electronic components.

• Soliciting quotations, negotiating pricing and conditions, ensuring component availability, and collaborating closely with suppliers and the accounts payable department.
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both domestic and international suppliers for order management, problem-solving, and adjustments to schedules.
• Executing and monitoring orders, updating SAP/ARIBA systems, liaising with stakeholders, and negotiating with suppliers to optimize cost savings.
• Evaluating the supplier portfolio to identify and implement enhancement initiatives.
• Providing guidance to functional managers and various departments on methodologies, processes, and protocols, while effectively communicating with colleagues and senior management regarding solutions for intricate challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a technical foundation, or equivalent certification as a certified technician or business economist.
• Significant experience in procurement and sourcing activities.
• Exceptional negotiation capabilities and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and cultivate relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, effective skills in problem identification and resolution, along with strong analytical and organizational competencies.
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and SAP Ariba software.
