Job Summary:

AA Euro Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the Civil, Structural, and Architectural aspects of a large-scale project in Northern Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex projects in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural aspects of the project.
  • Oversee the Project Schedule in collaboration with the Planner, Construction Managers, Sub-Contractors, and Consulting Engineer/Architect, ensuring alignment with company and client requirements.
  • Manage all project costs with the support of the project QS, including Labor, Material, Plant and Equipment, Variations, and Valuations.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in civil or structural engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in managing large-scale projects in the construction industry, preferably in the CSA sector.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
