As a Sales and Client Relations Intern, you will play a vital role in our organization, contributing fresh ideas, mastering the nuances of client engagement, and significantly influencing our future achievements. Your goal is to absorb insights, unleash your creativity, and emerge from this internship equipped with a skill set that will not only propel your career forward but also leave a meaningful impact on our company's success.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour contributions will include:
- Executing strategic initiatives: You will lead projects focused on business growth, sales, and marketing.
- Assisting outreach efforts to various clients: You will help develop new markets for our solutions and identify target companies and contacts in emerging regions.
- Enhancing sales, marketing, and onboarding strategies: You will evaluate, manage, and refine workflow processes and data management to optimize business operations.
- Addressing daily challenges in a dynamic setting: As we expand, you will provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What sets you apart:
- Currently pursuing a BA or MA degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, or a related field.
- Availability for a 4-6 month internship (possibility of follow-up employment as a Working Student or full-time).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
- Prior internship or working student experience (preferably in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, or Marketing).
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn.
