Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark and optimize building services and maintenance systems to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs and opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records to support maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical degree or certification in a field such as electrical, HVAC, or building services engineering
  • Proven experience in building services and maintenance management, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
