Are you a versatile IT professional with a knack for practical solutions and experience in MacOS? If yes, this role is tailored for you. You will be instrumental in managing our IT systems, ensuring the office IT infrastructure runs smoothly, and addressing all technical challenges on-site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries on-site
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Oversee and maintain all macOS client systems, including centralized management via SimpleMDM
- Manage the entire office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, wireless access points, and cabling
- Perform hands-on administration and upkeep of office IT resources, including printers, telephones, conference rooms, and displays
- Administer user accounts and permissions across all IT platforms
- Efficiently manage office services such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
- Monitor and address tickets and IT requests
- Implement IT policies and procedures to enhance security and operational efficiency
- Plan and execute IT security initiatives, including the development and application of security strategies
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to streamline IT processes
- Ensure employee satisfaction through professional and courteous service
- Possess completed vocational training or education in an IT-related discipline
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience aligned with the job responsibilities
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with MacOS
- Exhibit a patient and service-oriented demeanor
- Show strong capability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Proficient in English
