Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Tiefbaufacharbeiter:in apprentice. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up, securing, and clearing construction sites
  • Constructing, renovating, and maintaining roads, paths, and plazas
  • Performing excavation work using heavy machinery
  • Excavating for the foundation of roads and plazas
  • Designing and installing drainage systems
  • Maintaining safety and health protocols on the job site
  • Learning and mastering construction workflows and site organization
  • Participating in environmental protection and quality control initiatives
  • Attending vocational school and passing the final exam
Requirements
  • Good high school or equivalent education
  • Manual dexterity, technical interest, and spatial awareness
  • Meticulous work habits
  • High flexibility, enthusiasm for learning, motivation, engagement, and teamwork
  • Interest in the construction trade and working outdoors
