We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Mechatronics Technician to lead our workshop operations in Kempten.

• Organize and manage workshop operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Conduct thorough diagnostics on electrical systems to identify and resolve complex issues
• Inspect and verify repair work to ensure high-quality standards
• Ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for customers
• Maintain and upgrade workshop tools and machinery to optimize performance
• Supervise and train technical apprentices to develop their skills and expertise
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service and support

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician with a strong focus on electrical systems
• Master certification or diagnostic technician training preferred (training can also be provided)
• High-voltage training desirable (can also be provided)
• Proven work experience as an automotive mechatronics technician with a strong background in workshop operations
• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Reliability and commitment to delivering exceptional results
• Valid driver's license Class B
