The Mercedes-Benz Cars Communication & Marketing division is tasked with the global design, execution, and oversight of all communication initiatives and advertising strategies for Mercedes-Benz Cars. Within this framework, the Customer Journey Activation & Agency Management sector focuses on Media Activation & Tracking, Digital Activation Markets, and Agency Management. The Media Activation & Tracking team plays a crucial role in strategizing, planning, and optimizing Digital Paid Media efforts, encompassing Search, Paid Social, Display & Video, as well as Data & Analytics, Media Insights, Media Strategy, and Mixed Reality (Augmented Reality).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support projects related to Digital Paid Media (Search, Social, Display), Data & Analytics, Media Insights, Media Strategy, and Mixed Reality (Augmented Reality).
  • Oversee all project-related planning, coordination, and execution in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
  • Manage (sub-) projects in the domain of digital paid media and data & analytics.
  • Contribute to the global execution of audience solutions, dynamic creative optimization, ad technology, and media modeling.
  • Assist in the piloting and rollout of new SEA and SEO trends and beta tests.
  • Engage in the development of global search strategies for various campaigns.
  • Participate in the coordination, planning, and execution of global paid social campaigns.
  • Collaborate on the global implementation of innovative paid social initiatives.
  • Contribute to the global rollout of augmented reality projects.
  • Assist with administrative tasks in project management and daily operations.
  • Prepare presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in communication science, business administration with a focus on marketing, business informatics, economics, media management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to tasks.
  • Interest in the automotive industry, experience in digital marketing communication, and knowledge of project management are advantageous.
