In this pivotal role, you will spearhead industrialization efforts for new product initiatives within the Industry sector. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, contributing significantly to the development of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive industrialization initiatives for new product launches
- Lead a project team of industrial specialists across diverse domains
- Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize tasks and manage interdependencies
- Engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate project advancement
- Organize manufacturing prototypes and pilot production runs
- Ensure project outcomes align with quality, cost, and timely delivery standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Systems Engineering
- Proven experience in new product development or manufacturing with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficient in managing multiple projects with a focus on customer value
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%)
