Leonid Group Ltd is proud to be retained by a leading and innovative software company in the industry, recruiting for a Compliance Expert. As a Compliance Expert, you will be a crucial part of the Product Team. Your in-house compliance expertise will significantly influence product strategy, enhance compliance content, and support effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence product strategy with your compliance knowledge and expertise.
  • Filter and prioritize ideas and requests from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Create high-quality, legally sound compliance content and workflows to help customers optimize their compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure customer-centric decision-making.
  • Develop and implement training plans for the organization, focusing on compliance programs and risk areas.
  • Support the sales team by providing expert insights and assessing customer feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5 to 9 years of experience in a non-financial in-house compliance role.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in multiple compliance domains (e.g., anti-corruption, trade compliance, competition law, AML, ESG).
  • Familiarity with various compliance program elements.
  • Enthusiastic about enhancing compliance programs through digitalization, automation, data insights, and AI.
  • Committed to advancing our client's compliance platform vision.
  • Motivated to make a significant impact by enabling thousands of compliance teams.
  • Able to switch perspectives and focus on both details and overarching goals.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
