Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and building up new and existing key accounts in the German PV and ESS market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing key accounts and develop strategic accounts in the German PV and ESS market
  • Act as the account owner, handling and negotiating contracts, and serving as the internal point of contact for clients
  • Work with various stakeholders to train them on how to present our solutions
  • Visit customers regularly and participate in tradeshows and conferences
  • Contribute to the sales team and cooperate with project development on the successful implementation of projects
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an account manager, preferably in the PV and/or ESS sector
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy and ESS market in the EU
  • Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to measure progress and impact
  • Flexibility and proactivity, with the ability to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment
  • Effective communication and strong organization skills
  • Fluency in German and English (both at C1 level) - verbal and written
