Founding Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to lead our product efforts and shape the future of HonestDog.
Key Responsibilities- Design Leadership
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure design cohesiveness and project timelines.
- User Experience
- Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
- Conduct user testing and analysis to optimize the user experience.
- Implement A/B testing to validate design concepts and improve user engagement.
- Product Management
- Define and refine product value propositions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Manage the product design lifecycle from concept to implementation and iteration.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in a small team and start-up environment.
- Autonomy, ownership, and responsibility from day one.
- Previous work on digital platforms and mobile app design is preferred.
- Fluent in English and ideally German.
