Are you seeking a dynamic and diverse internship experience? Are you intrigued by various business aspects?
This internship offers the chance to be part of a team dedicated to supporting the global sales markets of the Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car division. Our focus is on implementing corporate policies across markets, learning from recent audit outcomes, and sharing this knowledge throughout the global sales controlling network.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze corporate audit reports to extract essential insights for the organization.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and gather pertinent information for market CFOs.
- Assist in managing or leading current and future projects, such as coordinating the rollout of a globally accessible Revenue Controlling Handbook.
- Contribute to the preparation of the internationally published FC Support News.
- Evaluate business processes in the markets and provide recommendations to mitigate risks in new procedures.
- Maintain and enhance our FC Support website.
- Support ad hoc projects, such as implementing secure electronic signatures for financial transactions.
- Provide practical guidance to CFOs in markets regarding compliance with corporate data protection regulations.
- Offer practical ideas to the sales controlling organization to minimize risks.
- Network with other business units, including IT, sales, Corporate Audit, and Internal Control, to stay updated on changes.
- Facilitate ad hoc communications with markets as needed.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, information technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong written and spoken German and excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Structured work approach with a high degree of reliability.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and enthusiasm for the field.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to engage with new and interesting topics.
