Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our rail systems.

• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct cost reduction analyses and develop strategies to optimize material and labor resources.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and processes to support maintenance activities.
• Analyze technical performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Develop and implement standardized fleet reliability improvement plans to ensure optimal performance.

• University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in rolling stock equipment maintenance.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Proficient in MS Office and CATIA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
