Backend Developer (Golang) Opportunity in Dubai

Discovered MENA is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join their team in Dubai. As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient back-end services using Golang.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop back-end services using Golang, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Participate in architectural design and review processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and resilience.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Implement and manage Kafka-based systems for real-time data processing.
  • Advocate for best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies and automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the stability and performance of the platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Golang.
  • Strong expertise in event-driven systems, microservices, and REST API design.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
