Join our team as a Senior Product Owner for Digital Solutions

FINMAS GmbH serves as the digital ally for the Sparkassen financial network. Our clientele encompasses Sparkassen, Landesbausparkassen, and various insurance providers across Germany. We specialize in crafting digital financial platforms for real estate financing and personal loan services within the Sparkassen ecosystem. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team as a Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) in the FinTech sector, with flexible remote work options available.

Your Role:

  • Engaging in the creation of customer-focused digital solutions and ecosystems tailored for the Sparkassen financial network.
  • Collaborating within cross-functional teams to design innovative features.
  • Drafting detailed technical specifications in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Providing support to internal teams, partners, and clients on various digital initiatives.
  • Formulating project roadmaps and conducting sprint planning.
  • Overseeing development budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Solid technical knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally within the banking or Fintech sectors.
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level.
