Stoffstrom Manager

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stoffstrom Manager to join our team at BLU GmbH & Co. KG in Karlsruhe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to the disposal of non-hazardous and contaminated mineral waste from acquisition to completion.

• Project Management: Responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Network Development: Develop and maintain a network of waste disposal partners to ensure efficient and effective waste management.
• Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of waste disposal activities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to waste disposal.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Relevant education in a field such as natural sciences or environmental technology.
• Experience in the waste management industry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
