Job Description:

As an Agile Transformation Specialist at CONVIDIUS Business Solution GmbH, you will play a key role in driving the company's agile transformation and growth. In this position, you will lead digitalization projects, applying and optimizing agile methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of agile processes and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement agile training programs for team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners to create user stories and prioritize project tasks.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their agile skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain agile project management tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement agile metrics and reporting to measure project progress and success.
  • Collaborate with the business team to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and implement agile change management processes to ensure smooth transition to agile methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agile project management.
  • Scrum Master certification (PSMI, PSM II, SAFe, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
