About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Coordinator to join our team at FRESENIUS_HELIOS_HOSPITALS. As an Operational Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our surgical operations.
  • Capacity and Performance Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and manage surgical capacity and performance, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure timely and efficient execution of surgical procedures.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with various surgical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to address operational disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize surgical operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven track record of process improvement, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
