Das Thema Finanzen nimmt aufgrund der dezentralen Gruppenstruktur einen besonderen Stellenwert ein, deswegen suchen wir einen Financial Operations Manager zur Unterstützung unseres HQ-Teams.

Sei von Anfang an dabei und unterstütze beim weiteren Aufbau unserer HQ-Finanzprozesse.

Aufgaben
  • Arbeite eng mit dem CFO unserer Unternehmensgruppe und sei in alle wesentlichen Kernprozesse der Finanzorganisation involviert.
  • Erstelle das monatliche Group Reporting, bestehend aus den Monatsabschlüssen der Tochter- und Holdinggesellschaften.
  • Analysiere die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Tochtergesellschaften und erarbeite Handlungsempfehlungen zur Ergebnissteigerung.
  • Entwickle das bestehende Reporting inhaltlich und prozessual weiter, um den Prozessen und Analysemöglichkeiten der wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe stets einen Schritt voraus zu sein.
  • Verantworte das Onboarding der neu hinzukommenden Gesellschaften in die Reporting-Strukturen und Finanzprozesse der Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Unterstütze bei der Optimierung der Accounting & Controlling Prozesse in den Tochtergesellschaften.
  • Erstelle Analysen für das Group-Management und für die Geschäftsführer der Tochterunternehmen.
Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung aus Unternehmensberatung, Accounting, Auditing oder einer vergleichbaren Position im Konzern bzw. einer mittelständischen dezentral organisierten Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Accounting, Audit.
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, ein Interesse für digitale Finanz-Tools und bestenfalls Erfahrung im Umgang mit Power BI oder ähnlichen Tools.
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit MS-Excel und Erfahrung im Umgang mit PowerPoint.
  • Planvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen an verschiedenen Standorten.
  • Bodenständiges Auftreten und die Bereitschaft, überall mit anzupacken.
