Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for managing all incoming sales orders from entry to final delivery. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders from order entry to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all pricing and terms.
- Manage sales inquiries regarding quoting, pricing, and configuring machine requests.
- Assist customers with questions on features, benefits, and configurations of our products.
- Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Work with our finance team to resolve any order-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
- One year of experience in customer service, sales, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with various web-based software applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in retail or manufacturing industry.
- Superior level of professionalism and customer service skills.
