We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Manager for Farm and Business Management to join our team at Betriebshilfsdienst und Maschinenring Steinfurt-Bentheim e.V. in the Kreis Steinfurt, Grafschaft Bentheim, and südlichen Emsland regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of agricultural farms and businesses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and support to farmers and farm staff
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in agriculture or a related field
  • Proven experience in farm management and business development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German language
