Wir suchen einen engagierten Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter / Payroller (m/w/d), der unser Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für:
- Die eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeiter in den Hotels.
- Die Beratung und Unterstützung in sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
- Die Erstellung notwendiger Bescheinigungen sowie die Abwicklung von Ein- und Austrittsformalitäten.
- Die Kommunikation mit Ämtern, Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und anderen Behörden.
- Die Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten zur Analyse der Lohn- und Gehaltsdaten.
Ihr Profil
Sie bringen mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellter oder eine Weiterbildung zum Lohnbuchhalter, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV - LODAS ist von Vorteil.
- Vertrautheit mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Eine zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
- Teamorientierung und ein sensibler Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
