Software Developer Core Development Team

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our Core Development Team at OXID eSales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing our OXID products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to implement, conceptualize, design, and test our OXID products
  • Write high-quality code and conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing, automated in a Continuous Integration environment
  • Work in a dynamic and international team, utilizing agile methods and systems, and tools of the latest technology
Requirements
  • You hold a completed vocational training or degree in Computer Science or are a passionate self-taught individual with in-depth professional experience
  • You possess excellent user knowledge of object-oriented PHP
  • Prior experience with web technologies and database management is highly desirable
  • You have background knowledge in common web server technologies
  • It would be ideal if you have experience with automatic testing using PHPUnit and Codeception
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and preferably also in German
  • You work very well and reliably in a team, exchange information freely, and are ideally suited for a game of table football ;-)
