Hearing Care Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Kirchweyhe as a Hearing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and conducting hearing tests to identify individual hearing needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers
- Implement sales routines and optimize processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Support customers in maintaining their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships
- Utilize customer data to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing initiatives
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information as a data administrator
- Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control within the store
Your Profile:
- You have completed your training as a Hearing Care Specialist and possess excellent communication and sales skills
- You are customer-focused and enjoy providing advice and sales support
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, persuasion abilities, and empathy
- You thrive in a team environment and contribute to the team's success
- You are organized, flexible, and take responsibility for your work
