About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DH-Studium - Business Administration - E-Commerce Specialist (m/w/d). As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our digital commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of business processes and operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital commerce strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide support in the development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform, including product management, pricing, and inventory control.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support our digital commerce initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
