Project Manager Role:

As a Project Manager for our cruise industry clients, you will be responsible for planning and implementing dishwashing technology projects on cruise ships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Project Planning: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Order Processing: Manage orders in our ERP system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with departments to ensure timely shipping and delivery of project materials.
  • Commissioning Tasks: Plan and coordinate commissioning tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise technicians and liaise with customers to ensure project success.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project challenges and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • On-Site Commissioning: Coordinate on-site commissioning and acceptance activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in a technical or commercial field or related experience.
  • Experience: Several years of project management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Interdisciplinary skills, excellent communication skills, structured and detail-oriented work approach, customer-focused mindset, strong sense of responsibility and autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with global travel readiness (approximately 10-25%) as needed.
