Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing regional and operational procurement functions, particularly for maintenance services
  • Evaluating and interpreting data from current systems (CAFM & SAP)
  • Establishing a standardized inventory of spare parts
  • Conducting market research and assessments
  • Drafting and reviewing performance specifications
  • Analyzing contracts and terms of agreements
  • Acting as a liaison for contract-related inquiries
  • Engaging in both company-specific and collaborative projects
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in technical procurement
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems is advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
