Ferchau GmbH is a leading technology consulting company that connects people and technologies to drive innovation. We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and commission equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, including inspections, cleaning, and component replacements
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues to minimize downtime
  • Provide training and support to customer staff to enhance their technical expertise
  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests for spare parts and new equipment
  • Repair and maintain customer devices in our workshop

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial electronics technician, or similar
  • Several years of experience as a service technician is highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of PLC programming is an asset
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with additional foreign language proficiency a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with technical documentation
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
