Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, from planning to execution. Your expertise will be crucial in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in a field such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
